How do you make space for storage Android 11

 

The process of freeing up storage space in an Android smartphone or tablet with limited storage could be an ongoing problem. However, Android 11.1.1 includes tricks and methods to make more space for important apps, files , and other files.

 

There are suggestions for ways to clear space in Android 11. You can get rid of temporary file and junk files within Android 11. You can use Smart Storage to automatically remove backups of videos and photos in Android 11. In addition, you can browse every category of files including Photos and Music and find the documents you don't need or require.

Many of these options function in earlier versions of Android and also in version 11. However, the most recent version of Android is a great job at improving them and linking them together.

Click on Settings and then tap the option for Storage. For suggestions on how to reduce space select the option to Manage Storage (or Free Space). The next screen launches the Files application that provides Cleaning Suggestions with various suggestions depending on how much storage space is being used and the kinds of files are stored present on devices ( Figure A).

If you're running out of storage, you might consider using your hand at the Smart Storage option, which is accessible on the Settings screen for Storage. If enabled, Smart Storage removes all images and videos from the device older then 60 days older and are backup on Google Photos.
